specifications, design suggestions, forming, reinforcing,
placement of concrete, and meeting safety standards. PWE is also a certified installer for (T.C.P.) Thin Concrete Placements using Forta Ferro fiber reinforcement, a new innovative and cost efficient means of concrete placement that is more durable, longer lasting , and more affordable then traditional multi-lift asphalt paving.
